The Brief
Fiora is a garden restaurant with an open kitchen and a back bar lit in gold. The food is fresh and bright, bowls of avocado, mango and berries, seafood pasta straight off the flame, and the garden is half the appeal. Both had to land in the same few seconds.
The Idea
We followed the food out of the kitchen and into the garden. Each reel starts at the flame or the shaker and ends at a green table outside or a finished glass, with split screens doubling up the busiest moments so nothing gets skipped.
How We Made It
In the kitchen we shot from above as a bowl was built leaf by leaf, then low at the range for the flambé and the olive oil hitting the pan. Seafood pasta is plated on black trays with small cups of sauce on the side. Outside, the green tables and lime cushions of the terrace take over, and a squeeze of lemon finishes the plate before the Fiora logo appears. The bar reel opens on a grid of panels of the bartender at work under the gold shelves, then gives each finished glass its own close-up.
