The Brief
Encanto calls itself authentic Mexican cuisine, bar and pool, which is three reasons to visit under one name. The room is loud with colour, from orange walls and painted chairs to the striped runners on every table. The films had to carry all of it without turning into a tour.
The Idea
We let the colour lead. Every shot is built on the venue's own palette, so the food, the drinks and the pool all look like the same place, and each reel signs off on the Encanto card.
How We Made It
The venue reel moves through the carved wooden doors, the painted portraits, the bar under string lights and out to the pool and its waterfall. The plating reel keeps the striped runners and fresh chillies in frame while tacos, fajitas still steaming, a burrito plate and churros come to the table. The drinks reel is a build: a chilli-salt rim, rosemary and lemon on a sour, then a tomato-red cocktail finished with hot sauce, celery and lime. Warm light and rich colour throughout, so the oranges stay as bright as the room.
