The Brief
Ulospaces connects landlords with tenants, with a promise of easy rent on a low budget. The landlords it needs are being asked to trust a platform they have never used with their property, so the first thing they see has to be the real product, not a promise.
The Idea
Let the website make the case. We put the real Ulospaces pages inside a tablet and moved the tablet, so a landlord sees the actual product while one line speaks to them: Here's a better way to get tenants for your house.
How We Made It
It is a short product animation on a clean white stage. The tablet flies in, turns and tilts in 3D perspective while the site scrolls inside the screen, from the "Easy Rent, Low Budget" page down through the property photos. The type sits beside it in the brand's indigo, and the closing line builds in: the trusted platform that connects landlords with tenants. There is no soundtrack, so every message is carried on screen and the piece works on mute.
