The Brief
Kingsway Bistro does much of its trade in wraps and takeaway boxes. Once the food is packed, the customer never sees the cooking, so the care that goes into it is invisible.
The Idea
We showed the work before the wrap. Each reel follows one order from raw ingredients to the sealed, branded package, so the Kingsway name is the last thing you see and you already know what is inside.
How We Made It
The shawarma reel is a full build in soft window light: cabbage shredded, tomato sliced, the bread spread and filled, rolled tight, pressed on the grill and wrapped in Kingsway paper. The second reel moves to the stove, with peppers and carrots hitting a hot wok, rice tossed with a wooden spoon and spaghetti lifted with tongs into a takeaway box. A gloved hand closes the lid on the round Kingsway sticker and the box rests on the red runner. These reels run longer than most of the series, so every step gets its moment.
